We have been in business since April of 1994 and at our current address since April of 2001. Prior to 1994 the current owners, Ralph Carver and Matthew McGaffigan, served in management of McDonald Air Conditioning. The owner and corporate officers of McDonald Air Conditioning began in Orlando in 1958 and retired in June of 1994. We presently have six (6) fulltime project managers who average twenty nine (29) years experience each, twenty (20) job foreman, ten (10) leadmen and an average of ninety (90) to one hundred and thirty (130) SMWIA nationally certified or state registered sheet metal workers with an ability to increase these numbers as required with workers carrying the same credentials. Our facilities house 4,000 s.f. of office space, clerical, in house CADD drafting, and computerized estimating as well as 22,000 s.f. of manufacturing, including a full coil line, (3) plasma cutting tables, automated KOOLDUCT fabrication equipment and mig & tig welding on steel, galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel. We also have satellite offices at 4160 69th Avenue North in Pinellas Park, Fl. (Tampa), 2700 Bonnet Creek Rd. in Lk. Buena Vista, Fl. (Disney), 5600 Sand Lake Rd. / Gate #4 in Orlando, Fl. (Lockheed Martin) and 3435 S. Hopkins Ave., Ste. #6 in Titusville, Fl. (Cape Canaveral). Our material handling and delivery system is way ahead of the competition and is redefining the industry standard. Each individual piece of duct is carefully inspected then wiped clean and all openings are capped and stored for shipment in covered baskets or enclosed in trailers. When the materials arrive on site all covers and caps are maintained until just prior to installation. This ensures your duct system stays as clean when it's installed as it is when it leaves our facility. |
